Scope of work
Remodel inside of house that was started by the previous owner and never finished. House is currently gutted down to the studs. We will install new windows, doors, kitchen, and bathroom. Walls will be insulated and drywall will then be installed. One small section of wall will be removed per structural engineer's plans (see attached). Electrical and plumbing standalone permits have been pulled by the appropriate professionals. Re-application of expired permit PB24-00005
