Structure demolition

The project involves renovation of an existing ecclesiastical classroom building to meet current RMA education standards. Scope includes selective demolition (partitions, drywall to studs, refinishing), construction of limited new interior partitions, and addition of a CMU/brick veneer elevator. The elevator will replace one existing entry door with a new entry provided at the Administration Lobby. First-floor restrooms will be converted to single-user toilet rooms, and second-floor restrooms will be reconfigured to accommodate the occupant load.
