Scope of work

This proposal is to remove the wheelchair ramp that was added to the home in recent years. Add an EV charger along the driveway (toward back of home). Add outdoor electric plug and ceiling fan to the porch. The wheelchair ramp is unpainted wood and not physically conencted to the room. There is an overlay of plywood on the porch and that will be removed. If any of the porch floorboards are damaged we will assess and initiate COA for repairs according to historical standards. Similarly, if any of the wood siding along the porch was damaged during the install/life of the ramp we will do the same. The EV charger install will happen alongside a fully permitted upgrade of our electric panel from 100 amp to 200 amp. The electric line will be run under the crawlspace. The 240V plug and charger will be affixed to the home on the side where the driveway is and will be placed approximately 3/4 of the way down the length of the home.
