Commercial flat roof replacement

Remove existing roof systems. Install new warranty 20 year system. Remove existing (2) roof systems down to the steel deck below Mechanically fasten, per manufacturer’s recommendations, (2) layers of 2.2”- 20 p.s.i. polyisocyanurate insulation equalingR25. Embed ½” per foot tapered crickets in ribbons of LRF adhesive, between primary drainage points & at the backside of HVACcurbs. Embed (1) layer of 5/8” DensDeck, StormX Prime VSH, high-density coverboard in ribbons of low-rise foam adhesive. Embed (1) layer of Sopralene Flam 180 in Coldply EF adhesive. Heat-weld (1) layer of Sopralene Flam 180 FR GR. Heat-weld (1) layer of Sopralene Flam 180 & Sopralene Flam 180 FR GR at flashing conditions. Fabricate and install new 24-guage galvanized steel overflow scuppers with prefinished faceplates to match the existing locations. Fabricate and install new 24-gauge prefinished steel gutters, downspouts & counter flashings. Upon completion, furnish a 20-year, No-Dollar-Limit warranty from the materials manufacturer for the low-slope roof assembly, 20-year finish warranty for pre-finished metal & 2-year standard installers warranty.
