Scope of work
The brick is imploding and was in falling off condition- The bricks from 1923 are much heavier and disentigrating - so we are planning to keep The same look, but go back with smart siding that matches the neighborrhood houses. We are keeping the windows etc .. but we have to take brick off. In addition - we will be keeping all of the same half moon circular eves over each door. This is a duplex - 1 bedroom 1 bath.
