Structure demolition

This project consists of interior improvements includes addition of a new battery room and modification to office areas. Work includes selective demolition; construction of new interior partitions, finishes; and associated architectural improvements. The project also includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection modifications required to support the new layout, including relocation and adjustment of existing ductwork, diffusers, piping, sprinklers, devices, and related accessories. All work will be field verified and coordinated with all disciplines and performed in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The project is an interior renovation only and does not increase building area or height and does not change the existing occupancy or occupant load.
