I'd like to get a permit to build a 14L x 18W Gable style patio cover. COncrete slab will consist of: #3 Rebar spaced at 18" OC, using 3,500psi Concrete and broom finish. We will have two concrete piers measuring 12' perimeter by 24" depth for post placement. We will use 8x8 pressure treated posts which will be anchored to the concrete using Simpson Strong-Tie ABU ZMAX post base We will use 4x12 LVL Built-Up beam for the front and 4x12 Built-Up beams for the side. 4x6 king post, 2x12 ridge beam, 2x6 rafters, 1/2 decking, synthetic underlayment, architectural shingles to match home shingles grade and color. Ceiling will consist of cedar tongue and groove. Posts and beams will be wrapped with James Hardie. We will install 4 lights, and 1 fan.
