Temporary parking lot grading project

The property owner intends to develop a temporary surface parking lot on the subject parcel for an anticipated period of 24 months. The temporary lot will provide organized vehicle parking to support ongoing operational and site planning needs while long term redevelopment plans are advanced. Improvements will be temporary in nature, including stabilized surfacing, access drives, delineated parking spaces, temporary screening as required, and compliance with applicable City engineering standards for stormwater, fire access, and site safety. No permanent structures, utilities, or long term site features are proposed. At the conclusion of the permitted period, the improvements will be fully removable to allow redevelopment in accordance with the Stockyards Form Based Code.
