Restaurant roof replacement and flashing

26G R-Panel Installation: • Remove and dispose of existing metal roof system, including panels, fasteners, and any underlayment down to deck. • Properly dispose of all removed roofing materials • Install self adhering hi-temp Polystick Ice and watershield membrane along all roofing facets. • Install new 26 gauge R-panel to match Whataburger colors Orange & White, ensuring proper alignment, spacing and fastening patterns. • Ensure all seams, edges and joints are properly sealed to prevent leaks. • Use recommended manufacturer fasteners in matching colors. • Fabricate and install 26 gauge flashings and trim as needed for exposed fastener roof system. • Detach and Reset gutter straps. • Fabricate and install 26 guage curbs around penetrations. • Replace all pipe jacks with metal roofing Decktite flashing. • Paint all penetration pipes with manufacture recommended paint. • Install foam closer strip on ridge line and transition flashing to properly seal. • Remove all tools, equipment, and debris from the site, ensuring the work area is clean and free of hazards. • Spire to provide roll off dumpster for duration of project. • Includes 2-year workmanship warranty. Versico PVC Versico 80 mil PVC Installation: • Other contractor to remove all units off of flat roof prior to PVC installation. • Remove existing roof system, Inspect substrate for appropriate nail-able surface. • Remove and replace any damaged wood decking. • Install 1/4" cover board mechanically attached with 3" plates following manufacture specs. • Install mechanically attached Versico PVC 80 mil on field with barbed plates per manufacture spec. • Terminate deck membrane inside back gutter with tbar. • Remove parapet wall interior siding and replace with osb. • Install fully adhered Versico 60 mil PVC going up and over parapet walls. • Terminate membrane on back scuppers with 90 degree TPO coated metal flashing • Install new coping cap in WB orange. • Install pitch pans and pipe boots where required and terminate with appropriate sealant and stainless steel clamps. • Other Contractor to re-install all existing mechanical units back onto flat roof area. • Leave behind 4" wide roll of PVC membrane to use as a sacrificial layer underneath all mechanical unit supports. • Other Contractor to re-install all existing electrical conduits, bracing, clamps, and electrical boxes. • Remove all tools, equipment, and debris from the site, ensuring the work area is clean and free of hazards. • Spire to provide roll off dumpster for duration of project. • Includes 2-year workmanship warranty. Whataburger to have other contractors remove all roof top units prior to roof installation Project requires a 7 day shutdown for metal replacement
