Aluminum framed screen enclosure

Project Description: Construction of a custom aluminum-framed screen enclosure attached to the existing residence, designed to create a comfortable and functional outdoor living space. Scope includes installation of structural framing, insect screening, screen door, and all necessary attachment components. The enclosure will provide protection from insects and debris while maintaining airflow and visibility. Work to be completed in accordance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications. Electrical, lighting, and fan installation to be included if applicable under separate scope. The finished space will serve as a screened outdoor living area for year-round enjoyment and increased usability of the existing patio.
