Scope of work
Installing a prefabricated 8x12 shed on the side of the house. Shed will sit on 4x4 sleepers, have a pressure-treated base of 2x4s and 3/4 outdoor decking. All will be tied together with hurricane straps, lags and 4x4s will be anchored to the existing 10x20 concrete slab with brackets. The metal shed will sit on top, of wooden base and have the inside reinforced with 2x4 walls.
