Scope of work
Tecovas plans to expand into the former Taco Heads space immediately adjacent to their existing store. In this phase, we are proposing the open the corner of the patio to install a stair, enclose the existing open air covered patio to become the interior of the building again, and add a painted sign to one side of the building.
