Exterior wood and shingle restoration

This project focuses on the repair and restoration of weathered exterior elements to match the existing aesthetic. We will replace the rotted garage-side door with a 32" x 80" white steel security door featuring a metal frame and screen. All wood rot on the cupola, window frames, gable vent, shingles and rear trim will be replaced with new wood and painted to match the current trim. Additionally, any gaps in the brickwork will be sealed with mortar repair mix and painted to blend seamlessly with the original brick color.
