Construct a 20’ x 13’ covered patio (260 sq ft) tying into the roof line. An LVL beam will be attached to the existing structure at the exterior wall. The LVL will be fastened through the top plate of the wall framing supported by the stud pack. Frame and rafters will be constructed using 2 x 6 yellow pine. Pressure treated pine (8 x 8) will be used for corner posts. Posts will be anchored using Simpson Strong Tie ABU Series ZMAX Galvanized Standoff Posts. Bases installed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. Composition roof installed to match existing shingles. Installed decking will use 7/16th sheathing
