A&O Texas Solutions Fence & Patio shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing fencing and install new fencing and gates at the Diamond Hill residential community located at 3601 Dean Rd, Fort Worth, TX. The project includes the installation of new wrought iron fencing, wood privacy fencing, and replacement or modification of existing chain-link fencing as shown on the approved site plan. Work also includes installation of new vehicle access gates, including controlled-access gates and a fire department crash gate. All fencing and gates will be installed in accordance with local codes and standard construction practices. Texas 811 will be contacted for utility marking; the owner is responsible for identifying any private utilities. * THIS PERMIT IS FOR 8FT WOOD SECTION OF FENCING
