The project includes the installation of new wrought iron fencing, wood privacy fencing, and replacement or modification of existing chain-link fencing as shown on the approved site plan. Work also includes installation of new vehicle access gates, including controlled-access gates and a fire department crash gate. All fencing and gates will be installed in accordance with local codes and standard construction practices.
