Design review

This application is to repair the brick work on two sections of the house at 14 Chase Ct. The first section is the half wall in the porte cochere. See the two half wall pictures included. The pictures are from each side of the half wall. The second section is the entire east wall on the back porch. There are two pictures showing the the area to be repaired included. The plan is to carefully take the wall down, clean the brick, and then use the same brick to rebuild the wall. It is expected that we will be short a few bricks because some of the bricks are already broken and we realize that some may be damaged while taking the walls down. A small number of new bricks that match the existing bricks as much is possible will be used. They will be used on the outside half wall in the porte cochere. This area is not visible from the street view. This area is only visible if you are standing right in front of the wall.
