Remove existing walls and curb flashings, as necessary. Install one layer of ½” high-density polyisocyanurate cover board over the existing roof system, mechanically fastened. Furnish and install a 60-mil TPO roofing system (mechanically attached). Install TPO membrane up and over parapet walls and provide new 24-gauge prefinished, two-piece snap-on edge metal. Flash all curbs, drains, pipes, and penetrations using TPO membrane in accordance with manufacturer details. • Provide and install walkway pads at designated service areas around HVAC equipment. Metal Roof • Tear off existing standing seam roof system down to the deck. • Provide and install new ice & water shield. • Provide and install new 24-gauge standing seam roof system over the existing deck. • Provide and install all trim necessary to complete this roofing project.
