Rear wall removal and sliding door installation

REMOVE DOOR AND WINDOW, INSTALL NEW HEADER, INSTALL NEW SLIDING DOOR; Remodel at residence. Remove the rear exterior door. Remove the rear exterior window. Disconnect and terminate low voltage wiring supplying existing door and window security sensors. Relocate 120V electrical outlet (separate permit required for electrical work). Demolish interior and exterior wall section in the rear part of the home (EAST WALL) containing said door and window. Frame exterior wall (EAST WALL) for new sliding patio door to include new header, 2X4's, hurricane straps, applicable studs (king, jack, etc) and insulation. Header glued and nailed together to prevent movement. 2X4's installed on top and bottom of header, nailed from both sides and top and bottom. Header installed in framing, nailed from sides and upward. Put in place sliding patio door-1/4" space between frame and door. Door sealed at threshold. Door leveled and shimmed as needed. Properly install exterior flashing to prevent water intrusion from outside. Spray foam installed in gap(s) between frame and door from inside the dwelling. Caulking between sill and interior flooring. INSPECTION Once installation and work has passed inspection= Install drywall. Tape and bed. Texture
