Interior renovation and layout change

Remodel of property to include removing all sheetrock and replacing with new. Kitchen / living layout will be adjusted based on floorplan to open the layout. All windows will be replaced, two windows will be removed from the main bath and kitchen left original window. The separation of the garage area will be removed as well to have one full size garage with new garage door. There will also be some framing work in the bathrooms to make two full bath where today it is 1.5 bath. With this layout change will have two closets in master bedroom and adding a new closet in the corner bathroom. The plumbing is in good shape and will need minimal changes which the plumber will submit that permit before we start that work and the electrical has new panels but will need new circuits which electrician will also submit that before that is started.
