Low Slope Roof TPO Membrane (1) Building(s) approximately 7,760 SF. Clean, prep and vacuum off existing roof for TPO overlay. Provide and install 1-layer ½”” HD ISO cover board attached to polyiso with manufacturers approved fasteners. Provide and install 60 mil TPO roofing membrane mechanically attached to HD coverboard with manufacturer approved fasteners. Provide and install new penetration pockets and flash around all penetration pipes and vents. Provide and install all termination points to comply with manufacturer’s specifications. Reflash existing penetrations to comply with manufacturer's specifications. There is a 20-year No Dollar Limit manufacturer’s warranty on all material and installation. Shop Fabricated Sheet Metal and Flashing. Provide and install new 24ga pre-finished gutters and downspouts.
