TPO install -Inspect substrate for an appropriate nailable surface. - Installation of 2 layers of 2.2'' ISO Mechanically attached with 3” ISO Plates following manufacturer specs. -Install mechanically attached 60 mill TPO on the field with barbed TPO plates 1ft on center. -Install Fully adhered 60 mill TPO going up and over on parapet walls at least 8 inches. -Terminate all walls with 1" termination bar Mechanically attached with 2" corrosion free screws and water cut off. - Install 3in drip edge to match along all perimeters per manufacturer specs and terminate with 6" cover tape and primer. -Install pipe jack flashing with 20x20" target for double protection
