Scope of work
Demolition Scope -Demo and remove the existing 11' x 31' concrete porch slab. -Demo and remove the existing 10' wide concrete steps (5 total steps) -Haul off and dispose of all concrete debris. -Form and pour the new porch and steps back to match the existing layout and dimensions. -Reinforce all new concrete with 3/8" rebar. -Pour 3,500 PSI concrete with a broom finish. -Cut control joints as needed and leave the area clean when complete.
