Scope of work
In 2019, the historic W.T. Waggoner Building was transformed into the Sandman Hotel by Northland Properties. The building includes 245 hotel rooms, an indoor gym, conference rooms and more. The scope of work includes the rooftop screens that were built in 2019. Ownership realized that the screens were not submitted for permit and requested Merriman Anderson Architects (MAA) to do so. MAA spoke with the city, and the city advised MAA to create a new permit for the screens.
