We will extend the concrete patio area and add a pergola on top. Concrete: The new patio extension will be 280 square feet. We will reinforce the 3,500 psi concrete with rebar. Pergola: The new pergola will overhang the new concrete patio by 24 inches. We will use cedar wood for the pergola. The pergola will be mounted to the house roof using SkyLift mounting brackets. After the pergola is built, we will add a custom-fit polycarbonate top.
