Grading permit application for Phase 1 of the Google DFW1.0 Logistics Facility Generator & Site Security project at 9449 Silver Creek Rd (Majestic Silver Creek Addition, Block 1, Lot 2). Work includes installation of two 500 kW natural gas generators on a new 18’ x 52’ reinforced concrete equipment pad, associated utility trenching, approximately 1,125 linear feet of 3-inch natural gas piping, and related erosion and stormwater control measures. Additionally, grading and site work support installation of approximately 6,190 linear feet of 8-foot-tall Ameristar high-security fencing around site entry, visitor parking, and truck yard areas as part of perimeter security improvements. Drainage study DS-21-0139 has been accepted. All work complies with City of Fort Worth stormwater, zoning, and grading requirements.
