Scope of work
We will remove, reglaze and repaint 5 original 1 over 1 double hung windows. We will rehang the sash cord and weights before we reinstall the windows. They are in sound condition. One window has broken glass that will be replaced. No visible rot present. This is a cosmetic restoration.
