Scope of work
Proposed 4,816 SF 7-Eleven building with auto tanks and six fuel pumps. The proposed project will be sending drainage to two destinations; the existing 3' x 3' wye inlet at the south of the site, and a proposed 5' curb inlet at the north of the site that ultimately drains to the overall detention pond. A drainage study (DS-25-0181) has been performed for this site to show that the proposed site does not adversely impact the existing drianage conditions.
