Water damage restoration to existing commercial interior. Replace damaged drywall, limited ceiling drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finishes. Restore existing sink/plumbing and electrical devices in same locations. No structural framing removed or modified. No layout change. Full scope of work: Commercial water damage restoration. During flooring replacement, concealed water intrusion was discovered behind existing cabinetry and wall finishes. Damaged flooring, drywall, limited ceiling drywall, cabinetry, and finishes were removed to allow investigation, drying, testing, and restoration. Structural framing remained intact. No studs, headers, beams, columns, or load-bearing members were removed or modified. Scope consists of replacing drywall, limited ceiling drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finishes in the same locations as existing. Existing sink/plumbing and existing electrical devices will be restored or reconnected in their existing locations as required. No change to layout, occupancy, use, building footprint, or structural configuration. Restoration to pre-loss condition only.
