Scope of work
Remove all existing deck surface and railings. Add deck joists in between existing deck joists. Add approx. 5' to existing deck to make wider. Supply and install TimberTech deck surface, and TimberTech composite railings. Put Composite surface on existing stairs and supply and install gate at stair entrance. Basically remove and replace deck surface and railings.
