I recently purchased this home after it sustained fire damage during construction of a permitted addition, which did have an approved COA. We are proposing to expand the addition slightly to take in more of the back porch (which cannot be seen from the street). I am including the previous addition as part of the permit since it was not closed out because of the fire.
