Structure demolition

Demolition ONLY of interior scope for future remodel. Interior demolition of existing non-structural tenant improvements within the commercial suite. Scope of work includes removal of non-load-bearing interior partitions, suspended ceiling grid and ceiling tiles, de-energized electrical devices and branch wiring associated with demolished areas, existing fire alarm devices and associated low-voltage wiring, above-ground plumbing fixtures and piping, millwork, finishes, and miscellaneous interior components as required for future tenant remodel. Existing structural elements, exterior walls, windows, roof structure, and core building systems are to remain undisturbed. Existing asbestos-containing exterior window caulking has been identified and will remain in place undisturbed; no exterior window removal or disturbance of identified asbestos-containing material is included in this scope of work. All utilities serving removed equipment shall be properly disconnected, capped, and secured prior to demolition. Demolition debris shall be removed from the site and disposed of in accordance with applicable local and state regulations.
