Roof replacement

Remove and dispose of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system, including all shingles, underlayment, flashings, ridge materials, and related roofing components down to the roof decking. • Remove and dispose of all existing roof decking down to the structural framing members. • Furnish and install new 3/4" CDX plywood roof decking over the entire roof area. • Fasten new decking in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer requirements. • Ensure all decking joints are properly aligned and supported with H clips. • Prepare the new deck surface for installation of the new roofing system. • Install peel and stick underlayment (self healing) to the entire roof pitched roof deck. • Install new colored metal drip edge at all eaves and rake edges. • Install new starter shingles along all roof perimeters. • Install new TAM KO Titan XT architectural shingles with a 160 MPH wind warranty rating in accordance with manufacturer requirements. • Install new TAM KO hip and ridge shingles at all ridges and hips. • Remove and replace all roof flashings, including but not limited to: Pipe boot flashings, Step flashings, Power mast flashing, Wall flashings, Heater vent flashing, Other associated weatherproofing components as required for a complete watertight roofing system
