Office drywall repair and replacement

This project consists of the removal and replacement of existing drywall on both ceilings and walls due to a storm. All affected drywall materials will be carefully demolished and disposed of in accordance with local regulations and job site safety standards. New drywall will be installed on ceilings and walls using code-compliant fastening methods, replacing any existing nail-fastened systems with screws to ensure long-term stability and to prevent future sagging or nail pops. Drywall thickness will be selected based on application (typically 1/2" for walls and 5/8" for ceilings, or as required by code). All joints will be taped, bedded, and finished to a smooth, paint-ready surface. The finishing process will include multiple coats of joint compound, sanding, and surface preparation to achieve a uniform appearance.
