Scope of work
Shell permit work for putback of demolished units at the 10 and 17 stack at Building 1 of The Cooper Apartments along with structural framing removal and replacement along the Rosedale corridor - Removal of existing floor trusses, decking, interior non load-bearing walls, and replacement.
