Scope of work
I'd like to get a permit to build a 12x20 Hip-Roof style patio cover using 8x8 PT Posts, 4x12 LVL Built-Up beam for the front, 4x12 SYP for the sides, 2x12 Ridge beam, 2x8 rafters, 1/2 OSB Decking, Synthetic underlayment, ICE & Water shield for valleys, architectural shingles to match existing home shingles. Ceiling will be LP Smart soffit and there will be 4 lights and 1 fan. The structure will be painted using Sherwin Williams paint to match exterior paint of house.
