1. Project Overview The Hicksfield Substation Project consists of the construction of a new 138 kV / 34.5 kV electrical substation located at 10200 Hicksfield Rd in Fort Worth, Texas. The Project includes all work necessary to deliver a complete, fully functional, and operable substation in accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable codes, and utility requirements. 2. General Scope of Work The Work includes, but is not limited to: • Site development and preparation • Civil construction and below-grade infrastructure • Installation of substation foundations and structural systems • Installation of electrical equipment and above-grade systems • Grounding, conduit, and cable systems • Protection, control, and communication systems • Testing, commissioning, and support for energization All Work shall be coordinated to result in a complete and operable substation ready for utility acceptance and energization.
