Roof Replacement for Entire Community TPO Roof Installation Removal and disposal of existing roofing system. -Inspect substrate for an appropriate nailable surface. -Installation of 1/2” fanfold mechanically attached with 3” ISO Plates following manufacturer specs. -Install mechanically attached 60 mill TPO on the field with barbed TPO plates 1ft on center. -Install fully adhered 60 mill TPO going up and over on parapet walls at least 8 inches. -Terminate all walls with 1" termination bar Mechanically attached with 2" corrosion free screws and water cut off. -Install 3in TPO coated drip edge following manufacturers specs. -Install pipe jack flashing with 20x20" target for double protection Mansard Roof Installation -Removal and disposal of the existing roofing system down to deck. -Installation of full Synthetic underlayment using 1in plastic caps, as well as selfadhering ice & watershield on valleys & headwalls. -Replace all exhaust ventilation pipe jacks with metal roofing dektite flashings. -Paint all penetration pipes and dektite fashings with manufacturer-recommended paint. -Install foam closures on the ridge line and transition flashings to ensure a proper seal. -Fabricate and install 26-gauge flashings as needed for the exposed fastener roofing system. -Deliver and install CertainTeed Lifetime Architectural Shingles on mansards. -Conduct a thorough inspection post-installation to ensure compliance with quality standards. -Remove all debris and clean the work area to leave it in pristine condition.
