Project scope: the project consists of the interior remodel of an existing 13-STORY hotel. The primary scope of work involves a finish refresh. Updating interior finishes and ff&e (including carpet, window treatments, furniture, and fixtures) throughout the building. Architectural layout modifications are strictly limited to the removal and addition of non-structural minor walls in the 1ST-FLOOR lobby. Aside from localized lighting updates and the addition of select electrical receptacles in the lobby to support the new layout, all existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (mep) systems are to remain as-is. No major mep modifications, central system upgrades, or capacity increases are required.
