We will replace the rotted garage-side door with a 32" x 80" white steel security door featuring a metal frame and screen. All wood rot on the cupola, window frames, gable vent, and rear trim will be replaced with new wood and painted white to match the current trim. Additionally, any gaps in the brickwork will be sealed with mortar repair mix and painted to blend seamlessly with the original brick color.
