Site grading and security fence installation

The proposed project at 9449 Silver Creek Road, Fort Worth, TX 76108 encompasses site grading and preparation over approximately 2.56 acres to support a series of security and infrastructure upgrades. Scope includes removal of existing pavement, sidewalks, curbs, and selective landscaping to accommodate installation of new security fencing, access gates, and electrical infrastructure for generator and EV charging stations. Earthwork operations will establish final grades to improve site drainage and facilitate construction of new utility lines, including water, sanitary sewer, and electrical conduits. Erosion and sediment control measures such as silt fencing and inlet protection will be implemented and maintained throughout construction in accordance with City of Fort Worth and TCEQ standards to prevent sediment runoff. Upon completion, all disturbed areas will be restored with appropriate surface treatments. The improvements are designed to enhance security, upgrade onsite utilities, and ensure compliance with local and state stormwater management requirements.
