Scope of work
24' x 25' x 9' metal storage building erected on a new concrete slab, 25' x 26' x 4" with perimeter footings. No utilities of any kind involved. Concrete slab will be placed on compacted subgrade, 6" compacted crushed stone base, with 6 mil polyethylene vapor barrier. Re-bar will be #3 placed at 18"on center in both directions. Continuous 12" x 12" perimeter footings below bottom of slab with #4 re-bars. Concrete will be 3500 psi. Control joints will be saw cut 1" deep at about 8' on center in both directions.
