Office interior layout modification

Remodel one (1) existing office by adding two (2) new interior partition walls and two (2) new office doors to create two separate offices within the existing footprint. - Construct one (1) additional new office within an existing open area of the suite. - All new walls to be standard commercial metal stud framing with gypsum board, taped, bedded, and finished to match existing. - Doors to be commercial hollow?metal or wood with hardware per building standards. - No structural modifications. No changes to building egress paths. Electrical Scope - Install twelve (12) new 15?amp commercial?grade receptacles. - Provide one (1) new electrical circuit for the new receptacles or connect to an existing circuit if capacity and code compliance allow. - Install three (3) occupancy wall?sensor switches. - Install six (6) new 2x4 LED troffer light fixtures (two per office, three offices total) - Reroute two (2) existing occupancy sensors to new locations based on revised office layout. HVAC Scope - Modify and adapt the existing ductwork to properly serve the three new office spaces. - Rebalance airflow as needed to maintain comfort - No new mechanical equipment added. General Notes - Work is interior only. - No exterior changes. - No structural changes.
