Scope of work
This project proposes enclosing an existing interior arched opening measuring approximately 83" wide by 104" high to create a private home office within the existing residence. The existing arched framing and structural header will remain in place. A framed wall will be constructed within the existing opening and will include a 60"x80" pre hung double door. The arch will remain visible above the new wall infill. No structural members will be removed. No plumbing, mechanical or electrical modifications are proposed.
