Water heater replacement

Replace sheetrock in entire hme, upgrade electrical panel, upgrade all electrical wire, replace 1 window, remove one door and replace with a window, sidingand doggy door, plumbing and gas, replace sliding door with french doors, remove nterior garage door, laundry room door to the other side of the wall and replace laundry room garage wall. Replace HVAC system, replace front door. HVAC is gas and hot water heater is gas as well. Will need to raise the shower head in bathroom, fix brick under window. Spray foam for rafters.
