Construct one (1) new ADA-compliant restroom within an existing warehouse/flex space. The new restroom will measure approximately 7' x 8' x 8' and will be built using non-structural 2x4 steel stud walls with 5/8" drywall. The existing warehouse ceiling is open to the deck. The existing overhead door and man door will remain.
