We will be remodeling this property so that owner can sell it after, this renovation includes converting existing master bathroom into a walk in shower, full bathroom will also be remodeled and change the existing tub (our licensed plumber subcontractor will get permit for this) demolition of existing kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets and installing new cabinets and vanities, new interior and exterior paint and exterior fascia repair. Removal of existing carpet throughout the home and installation of new LVP flooring throughout the home. Replacing front and back door as well.
